Playpix - Personal data policy

1. Personal data shall be collected and used with the consent of the data subject or in cases stipulated by law.
2. Personal data is collected and used only for the purposes specified at the time of collection and may not be used for other purposes without the consent of the data subject.
3. Playpix ensures the security and confidentiality of personal data by taking measures to protect against unauthorised access, alteration, destruction or dissemination.
4. Personal data may be disclosed to third parties only in cases provided for by law or with the consent of the data subject.
5. The Company undertakes to store personal data only for at least 1 year, unless otherwise provided by law.
6. The data subject has the right to access his/her personal data, as well as to have it amended, blocked or deleted in cases provided for by law.
7. Playpix undertakes to inform data subjects about its data processing policy and changes to it.
